Space Plus Amenities
Unlike conventional warehouses, Space Plus Self Storage Center does not charge a per visit or handling fee. If you find it impossible or impractical to store everything you have, we are the convenient and inexpensive answer. Our building construction consists of concrete block and stucco with a concrete roof, along with a zoned fire alarm, to include a smoke evacuation system.
Maximum High-Tech Security
Be assured—you will not find a better security system in any other self-storage facility. Security begins with our “tenants only” access policy. To control movement throughout the facility, a security code is issued to each tenant which permits access to the area of the facility where the tenant’s storage unit is located.

- Zoned Fire and Smoke Alarms
Rent For As Little As 2 Weeks
You can rent a unit at Space Plus for as little as 2 weeks. Leases renew automatically every month. Notice is not required to terminate the lease.
Air-Conditioned Units
70 different sizes are offered. Because South Florida humidity can cause mold and mildew, we offer you the option of air-conditioned units. If you don’t know what size space you need, our staff will evaluate your needs.
Easy Access
Space Plus offers wide aisles and provides flat-bed loading carts for easy-in,
easy-out access to your space. In addition, covered loading areas provide
shelter from inclement weather.
Boxes, Packing and Storage Materials
A wide range of box sizes, tape and bubble wrap are available to our customers.
Commercial Deliveries Accepted
Arrangements can be made for package acceptance and shipment service as a cost-effective alternative for small businesses.
Professional Extermination
Regularly scheduled maintenance on a monthly basis is used as a preventative measure.
